What is your return policy?
Our goal is the total satisfaction of every customer. If that is not the case, please contact us by email and we will do our best to find a solution with you. Returns must be made no later than 14 days from the moment the order is received.
To maintain your right of return, the product must still be in new condition, in its original packaging which must not have been opened, and the product must not have been used. Any samples and free gifts received must also be returned in excellent condition. Otherwise, the right of return is forfeited.
To request a return, you must send an email via the "Contact" section, specifying: order number, product purchased, name and address of the recipient.
The customer is responsible for the integrity of the product until it is returned to the sender. Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer.
Are there any purchases for which returns are not allowed?
We only accept returns on full bottles, not on decants, unless they arrive damaged due to shipping, or if we have shipped a decant that is different in size or product than the one described in the order.
When will I receive my order?
We work exclusively with express couriers and ship from Italy. Orders placed from Italy will be delivered within 24/48 working hours, all others within 4/5 days, barring unforeseen circumstances.
Curiosity about decants:
- We guarantee that every single drop is 100% authentic. The fragrance in our smaller sizes is taken exclusively from genuine, duly purchased bottles and transferred without alteration, dilution or the addition of alcohol. You get the exact same luxury perfume, in the size you prefer.
- We use only sterile extraction tools and a closed system. The fragrance passes from the original bottle into your vial without being exposed to air, preventing oxidation.
- Transparency means everything to us. The packaging of each of our sizes displays the batch code engraved on the base of the original bottle from which the fragrance was taken, in full compliance with European traceability regulations.
